Electric Resistance Heating

My coworker that I have known for the past four years at my new job invited me to her home the other day.

She is much younger than me so I have been able to live vicariously through her, she plus her partner just bought their first home together.

My partner plus I bought our first home together ten years ago. Therefore she would consistently come to me about homeowner questions since I’ve owned about two houses in the past ten years. One of her questions was about Heating plus Air Conditioning systems plus the strange ways to cool plus heat a home. She brought up electric resistance heating. I told her that that was an effective way to heat her home however it is one of the most fancy opportunities when it comes to heating, it is 100% energy efficient since all of the electric energy that is brought forth to the system, transfers into heat. I told her she should somewhat steer clear form electric resistance heating since there is potential transmission losses, duct heat losses plus the extra energy that is required to heat the rest of a home. I told her that my partner plus I have consistently had an oil boiler in both of our homes. My pal and I prefer the oil boilers over the electric because my pal and I wanted our electric bill to be without our heating bill. Her home is really nice for a first home. It makes me want to buy a modern home. However, she did listen to our suggestion plus the two modern homeowners now have an oil boiler.
