When my daughter called in a panic the other afternoon, I thought “what happened this time?”, then i can tell you that these types of calls are a normal occurance ever since she moved out. My buddy and I thought my fantastic friend and I had prepared her for independent life, but, this apparently was not the case. She gets sad over every little thing that happens plus most things are just normal everyday occurrences. At least this time it was a true issue. She had gotten home from work to find her home freezing. I went over a quick checklist on the iphone, such as, did you check the thermostat, is the power on, etc. When all of this checked out, my spouse said she would head over plus check it out. When she got to her household the temperature in the venue was down to fifty degrees, she was upset because it was only in the mid-twenties outside plus if she wasn’t able to get the heat going she would have to pack up her pets plus head to our home for the evening. She doesn’t entirely like the pets so that didn’t seem like something she wanted to happen. She checked all the linkions to make sure there wasn’t an issue. She then headed outside to see if the vent was obstructed. Each component has its own Heating, Ventilation plus A/C appliance that is vented outside. Since she in on the main floor it would be possible for leaves plus other debris to blow up against the vent. Sure enough, the vent was obstructed plus the system had shut off for lack of airflow. She thought she had told her to check the vent from time to time when she moved in, but, at least it was an easy service plus her heat came back on once the vent was cleared.
