Bathroom ceiling leak at labor leads to HVAC duct troubles

I actually prefer where I work, but it’s low key, I don’t have several coworkers plus there is no drama.

I suppose that a drama free employer is what contributes to the overall success of a corporation; The big picture of a company is formulated through the attitudes plus labor performance from employees.

This is really not the case at where I work. Everyone, works hard, gets rewarded for what they do plus no one complains about their work. The other day my two coworkers called out of work, so it was just me in the office. I heard a actually different noise coming from the lavatory in the back room. I thought someone had snuck into the office plus was trying to startle me, and when I turned the light on in the back room I saw a puddle of water. I looked up plus the ceiling was leaking! I called the proprietor of our office building plus he sent a roofing company over. The roofing company was able to repair the leak but when they took some of the ceiling tiles off they saw that the water had run into the HVAC duct! Therefore my proprietor also had to call the local Heating plus Air Conditioning corporation. The Heating plus Air Conditioning company showed up within a half hour. I showed them the leak plus they did an inspection on the HVAC duct. The Heating plus Air Conditioning professional said that my friend and I were lucky that the metal sheet HVAC duct was sealed so tightly. If the HVAC duct wasn’t sealed as tight, the water would have seeped into the HVAC duct, causing extreme troubles that could lead to mold plus immediate replacement plus cleaning of the HVAC duct.
