I wasn’t so sure that work on this home would ever end.
But going into this project, I knew there was going to be a lot of work.
My fiance plus I have tackled other condo renovations in other houses… Yet, we had never taken on a project of this scale plus scope. My friend and I bought a condo that was designed plus built prior to even residential Heating plus A/C. That’s how seasoned this home is. However, it’s also one of a kind plus the passion project of a famous architect, but our condo was once the winter time residence of that renowned designer. Of course, this region is suited to lovely winters with absolutely little demand for heating. Still, our condo came with 3 gorgeous fireplaces for heating if needed back then. But of course, the real concern for us when it came to Heating plus A/C was the cooling. While that person had the nice luck to go elsewhere in the summer, we don’t. So figuring out just what sort of Heating plus A/C component we wanted was a giant part of the deal. There was a hodge podge of window air conditioning units that we lived with for the past two summers while all the other work was going on. But this summer, we are eager to enjoy the ductless multi split heating plus cooling system that completed renovations, then essentially, we have five ductless heat pumps strategically sited by our genius Heating plus A/C company around the house. The ductless heat pumps blend in perfectly to the design of the house. Yet, we are unquestionably looking forward to having quality heating plus air in our condo for the first time.
