In school, I typically had two or three tasks while taking classes full time in order to spend my savings the bills; During my sophomore year, I was offered a task with an Heating, Ventilation & A/C company in town, then someone in my class had been laboring for them on the side and they were trying to find someone to take their place once they graduated, then he told me that all he had to do was find people to hire this Heating, Ventilation & A/C company for their heat and air needs.
That was all, then once he found a homeowner that agreed to toil with the Heating, Ventilation & A/C business, he’d supply them the information, wait for them to follow through, and then he’d gained a wonderful commission for bringing in the client, but it seemed easy enough, so I accepted! I didn’t realize how hard it would be to find homeowners who needed Heating, Ventilation & A/C toil done.
I spent numerous weeks chilly calling random people and practically begging them to have their furnace or a/c maintained. One afternoon, while in the lobby of my dormitory, I overheard some construction workers talking about the a/c not laboring. Once I heard this, I pitched to them the idea of laboring with my recommended Heating, Ventilation & A/C business. To my surprise, they used the information I gave them and agreed to hire the Heating, Ventilation & A/C company for a commercial a/c updatement for not one, however four university buildings! My boss told me that it was the largest sale they’ve ever seen from a school student.
