My town is not taking this Coronavirus thing entirely seriously, and restaurants and bars are still open and almost nobody is wearing a mask in stores, however i don’t know if it is because it is a small town or what however nobody is getting sick in my area.
- I just assumed it was like that everywhere, then boy was I surprised when I took a trip down south.
I knew I would have to wear a mask in the airplane but I was surprised to discover that you have to wear a mask literally everywhere, but no only that, however bars and restaurants are only open for outdoor dining, but since I’m on vacation, of course I had to eat out for every single meal! Unluckyly, this meant eating while getting tepid and sweaty almost all of the time. It is entirely tepid in the south, then eating outdoors, in the sun, with no air conditioner is entirely unpleasant, however thankfully my hotel room was entirely cool and comfortable. The air conditioner worked relaxing in there. So, after a few afternoons of eating without air conditioner, I started getting my food to go. Then I would take it back to my hotel room and eat there. It was cooler and more comfortable, and however, it was also entirely lonely. Eating by yourself in a hotel room is no fun at all. I easily hope this whole virus issue gets solved hastily. I would like to be able to eat with other people again and I would like to be sitting in a weather conditions controlled building while doing so.
