They Charged Me For Calling

I hate having to have my Heating plus A/C system worked on twice per year.

I understand the importance of having my heating system plus air conditioning looked at by a certified Heating plus A/C professional, but sporadically I don’t believe I’m getting my money’s worth.

I live in a truly rural section plus there is only one Heating plus A/C corporation that will come service my Heating plus A/C system. I’ve tried maintaining the Heating plus A/C machine myself, but I’m not experienced or trained to find warning signs in heating systems or air conditionings. This is why I always hire an Heating plus A/C professional, even if I drag my feet doing it. Since there is only one Heating plus A/C corporation that services my area, I have to put up with their nonsense in order to get my machine looked at. The Heating plus A/C professionals are almost always late, they don’t like answering my questions, plus I’m not truly sure they’re doing much when they do visit my home, last month, I had a horrible experience with them plus I’ve refused to continue doing corporation with them. When my heating system went out in the middle of the night, I called the emergency hotline to seek help. The woman on the iphone told me that I’d be the first household they worked on in the afternoon. Thankfully, an Heating plus A/C professional showed up bright plus early plus repaired the broken heating system. However, when I received the bill two weeks later I noticed a charge for calling the emergency hotline. Since I wasn’t a part of their annual membership program, they charged me for the iphone call!
