They Charged Me For Calling

I hate having to have my Heating plus Air Conditioning system serviced twice per year.

I understand the importance of having my boiler plus a/c looked at by a certified Heating plus Air Conditioning professional, but periodically I don’t think I’m getting my money’s worth.

I live in a absolutely rural section plus there is only one Heating plus Air Conditioning company that will come service my Heating plus Air Conditioning system. I’ve tried maintaining the Heating plus Air Conditioning unit myself, but I’m not experienced or trained to find warning signs in boilers or a/cs. This is why I always hire an Heating plus Air Conditioning professional, even if I drag my feet doing it. Since there is only one Heating plus Air Conditioning company that services my area, I have to put up with their nonsense in order to get my unit looked at. The Heating plus Air Conditioning professionals are almost always late, they don’t like answering my questions, plus I’m not truly sure they’re doing much when they do visit my home, but last month, I had a horrible experience with them plus I’ve refused to continue doing company with them, then when my boiler went out in the middle of the night, I called the emergency hotline to seek help. The person on the cellphone told me that I’d be the first house they serviced in the day. Thankfully, an Heating plus Air Conditioning professional showed up bright plus early plus repaired the broken boiler. However, when I acquired the bill two weeks later I noticed a charge for calling the emergency hotline. Since I wasn’t a part of their annual membership program, they charged me for the cellphone call!
